Teresa Blytheis a Spiritual Director, author and minister. After a career as a radio news journalist, Teresa switched gears and graduated from San Francisco Theological Seminary in 2000.
Since then, she founded the Phoenix Center for Spiritual Direction, as well as the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction, which she continues to oversee as Director.
Teresa has articles in various places, including her own blog on Patheos. Her latest book is: Spiritual Direction 101: The Basics of Spiritual Guidance.
